Enda O'Shea Sports Hypnosis provides sports hypnosis and mental performance programs for athletes. Contact: enda@endaoshea.com.

• 7-Day Athlete's Edge Reset: a free introductory audio program.
• 30-Day Athlete's Edge Peak Performance Program: a €247 one-time digital program (audio tracks, playbooks and daily email guidance).
• Pressure-Proof Performance System (1:1): a €1,000 private coaching program, application only, limited to ten athletes per month. Session 1 is €250 of the €1,000.

Digital programs are delivered online, with access provided after purchase. We may update the content of a program to improve it.

Our programs are intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you may only take part with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.

Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. For digital programs, you receive access immediately after your payment is confirmed.

  Missed a day? Pick up where you left off. The guarantee counts 30 days done, not 30 dates on a calendar.
• Pressure-Proof Performance System (1:1) · First-Session Fit Guarantee: Complete Session 1. If it isn't the biggest internal shift of your performance career, you only pay for that one session — we refund the rest, no questions — and you keep the 30-Day Athlete's Edge Peak Performance Program free.

Important: Our programs are performance-focused sports hypnosis and mental performance training. They are not medical or psychiatric treatment, and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Hypnosis here is a state of focused relaxation; you remain in control throughout. Never listen while driving or operating machinery, or doing anything that needs your full attention. Results vary from person to person and depend on your effort and consistency. We share genuine client experiences, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome or performance result.

All audio tracks, playbooks, videos and materials are owned by or licensed to Enda O'Shea Sports Hypnosis and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, distribute, resell or publicly post them.

You agree not to misuse the site or programs, share your access with others, or use the materials in any unlawful way. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or programs. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under law, including your statutory consumer rights.

The site links to and relies on third-party services (such as our payment provider and membership platform). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, which have their own terms and policies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows when they last changed; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
