Free 7-day self-hypnosis program for athletes
You're sharp in training. Then the big moment arrives. Your body tightens, your head gets loud, and the athlete from training never shows up.
That's not a talent problem. It's a trained response, and it can be retrained.
The free 7-Day Athlete's Edge Reset teaches you self-hypnosis. About 20 minutes a day. A skill you keep for life.

Sound familiar?
Every one of those costs you something. A selection. A result. A season you trained for.
Here's what is happening. When the pressure spikes, your brain reads a threat. It tightens your body and pulls you out of your skill, to keep you safe. That's not weakness. It's an automatic response firing at the wrong time.
Breathing drills, visualisation and pep talks reach the thinking part of your mind. The response runs underneath it, on autopilot.
Your mental game does not live where you are looking.
It runs in the subconscious. Self-hypnosis is how you reach it, on your own, whenever you need it. That's what you learn in these seven days.

The athlete from training shows up, because this time you trained that part too.
Your 7 days
Each day takes about 20 minutes. Read one short section. Press play. Do one small thing. By Day 5, you run the session on your own.
Day 1
Headphones on. You learn four steps: breathe, relax, suggest, return. Everything else is built on them.
Day 2
Turn a wish into a target your mind can lock onto. Then cut it down to one line.
Day 3
Why most affirmations bounce off, and how to build three lines that get in.
Day 4
Focus isn't trying harder. It's turning everything else down. You learn the dial.
Day 5
Your first session on your own. You play your best game before it starts.
Day 6
You meet the you who has already done it, and bring them back with you.
Day 7
You build your game-day routine. Then you put Day 1 next to Day 7.
Every step is in your Playbook. Every sheet is in your Toolkit. You're never guessing what comes next.
Everything you get
Everything you need to learn self-hypnosis and use it in your sport. Complete, not a teaser.
Free. No card required.

Not before-and-after photos. Real athletes, real pressure, in their own words.
"I went to Enda O'Shea, and everything changed. After one session, I felt better, trained better, and enjoyed the game again. Two weeks later, I signed a professional contract."
Duncan Casey
Former Munster Rugby
"I accomplished all my life goals in powerlifting and I could not have done this without help from Enda and hypnosis."
Liam Beville
World Champion Powerlifter
"I finished my run at 6:20, nearly 30 seconds faster after my first session with Enda."
Andrew Clair
Competitive runner
These athletes worked with me one to one. Your results will be your own.
Why this is free
My own head beat me first. I trained for years, and my body still let me down the moment it mattered.
Every mindset trick I tried worked on the thinking part of my mind. None of it reached the part underneath.
Hypnosis did. I've spent over 15 years teaching it to athletes, online, all over the world.
The first seven days are free because feeling it beats reading about it. If it works for you, you'll know what to do next.

Questions
Yes. The pressure response is the same on the pitch, the track, the mat or the course. We are not training your sport. We are retraining the automatic patterns underneath it: confidence, focus and composure. If you compete, this applies to you.
About 20 minutes a day, sometimes 25. You read one short section, press play, and fill in one sheet. That's the whole commitment.
Self-hypnosis is a skill. You take yourself into a calm, focused state and give your mind a clear instruction. On Days 1 to 4 my voice guides you. From Day 5 you run it yourself, anywhere you can close your eyes.
Visualisation works in the thinking part of your mind. That's the part already trying, and the first thing to drop away when the pressure is real. This works underneath it, on the automatic patterns that take over in the moment.
It's safe, and you need no experience. You stay in control the whole time, and you can open your eyes whenever you want. Never listen while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention. Under 18? Ask a parent or guardian first. If you have epilepsy or a diagnosed mental health condition, check with your doctor first.
Pick up where you left off. The skill builds with practice, not with dates on a calendar. Missing a day doesn't undo what you've done.
You keep everything: both tracks, the Playbook and the Toolkit. If you want to go further, I'll tell you about the 30-Day Program by email. No pressure, and no sales calls.
You can keep hoping the next big day goes better.
Or you can spend the next seven days training the part of you that decides it.
