Hypnosis is a natural state we go in and out of daily whether we are reading, watching a movie, driving a car and barely remember driving half the way home, our unconscious mind takes over and does things automatically, you don’t have to think my heart needs to beat this many times a minute or I need to put one foot in front of the other to walk, it’s like we create parts of our unconscious minds that work automatically, its there for our protection but when it works against us is when we learn a bad habit like smoking, overeating, etc but through hypnosis, we can change bad habits, negative beliefs and be more free to live life to our true potential by removing blocks that have been stopping us in the past.
Anyone can be hypnotised seen as it is a natural state of mind we all go in and out of many times daily wether that’s reading (you get to the end of the page and can’t remember what you just read), driving (you get home from a long journey and can’t remember half your journey or miss a turn that you may use daily ), watching a movie (we cry we laugh we get emotional even though we know its only a movie and not real life), we all enter trances many times daily , hypnosis is a collaborative effort between the hypnotist and client .
